  • 8 slices Crispy bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded or diced, use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Melted cheese Cheddar is recommended, but can use pepper jack or mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy ranch dressing Can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Optional, adds freshness.
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Optional, cherry tomatoes add sweetness.

  • Cook the bacon in a hot skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with ranch dressing, ensuring it is well coated.

Assembly

  • Lay a soft tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the chicken mixture down the center.
  • Layer on the crispy bacon pieces and sprinkle with melted cheese. Add lettuce and tomatoes if using.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  • Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for later.
