  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped to crisp perfection.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved for sweetness; substitutes include grape tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for an artisan touch.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade variation.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Drop the pasta in and cook until al dente—about 8-10 minutes, then drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded cooked chicken, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Toss again to incorporate the cheese.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve in a large clear bowl to showcase colorful layers; pair with crusty garlic bread or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
