Seasoning

Preparation

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook your pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan.

Assembly

  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mix and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Store croutons separately to maintain their crunch. Prep the pasta and chicken a day ahead for easier assembly.
