  • 1 cup rustic croutons Can make from leftover bread.
  • 0.5 cup creamy white Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 4 large soft white flour tortillas Could use whole wheat or spinach tortillas.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken dry.
  • Rub the chicken with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken and cook another 5-6 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest, then slice it into strips.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, combine the romaine, shaved Parmesan, and rustic croutons. Add the Caesar dressing and toss gently.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add sliced chicken and salad mixture down the center.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure.
  • Optional: Toast the wrap seam-side down in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  • Slice on a bias to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand or add fresh garlic. Use leftover grilled veggies or avocado for customization.
