Preparation

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, following package directions.
  • Drain the pasta well and let it cool or rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dill pickle juice until smooth.
  • Add the cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese to the creamy mixture.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  • Stir gently until everything is well combined and coated.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Do not freeze to maintain creamy texture.
