Ingredients
  

For the Salsa

  • 2 cups Strawberries, chopped Fresh and juicy, they bring a sweet-tart brightness.
  • 2 units Kiwi, chopped Adds a unique tropical twist.
  • 1 cup Peaches, chopped Can substitute with nectarines or pears.
  • 1 cup Mango, chopped Fresh or high-quality frozen version works.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice Fresh is best for brightness.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can substitute with agave or maple syrup.

For the Tortilla Chips

  • 4 units Tortilla chips Corn tortillas preferred, but others can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the tortillas.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation of Salsa

  • Chop strawberries, kiwi, peaches, and mango into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine all the chopped fruit in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and honey, then toss gently.

Preparation of Chips

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut tortillas into triangles and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake chips for about 10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the fresh fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar chips.

Notes

Consider chilling the fruit salsa for 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors. Adjust the sweetness of the salsa based on your preference.
