  • 2 stalks Green Onions Can adjust amount or substitute with shallots.

Cooking Preparation

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the 1 lb of ground turkey and brown it for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, ensuring it doesn't burn.
  • Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  • If using, sprinkle in red pepper flakes and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until saucy.
  • Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve over rice or in lettuce wraps. For a tropical twist, add diced pineapple. Can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
