  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts Chicken thighs can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher salt is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Fresh cracked black pepper can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Can substitute with minced fresh garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika is recommended for added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme or rosemary Optional, but adds gourmet touch.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well blended.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between each piece.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
