Pasta and Seafood

  • 9 pieces Lasagna noodles The backbone of our roll-ups!
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp, chopped Peeled and deveined for convenience.
  • 1 cup Cooked crab meat Feel free to use canned crab in a pinch.

Cheeses

  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese Gives filling a dreamy texture.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese The stretchy cheese topping.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Don't skimp on this one for nutty flavor.

Sauce and Seasonings

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavors.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Fresh parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the lasagna noodles per package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Assembly

  • Spread filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Baking

  • Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best presentation, serve with a ladle of extra Alfredo sauce drizzled on the plate. Pairs well with arugula salad and Sauvignon Blanc. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
